We had an awesome group for the Kids Self-Defense Seminar held in Memory of Ryan Rogers today! This free event was held exclusively for students from Duncan Middle School, and they all did a fantastic job. We are honored to have had the opportunity to host this event, and our hope is to offer this Free training to all Middle and High schools in our area.
