Great news!! Harmony's website has gotten an upgrade 🎉. In addition to everything looking spiffier, you will now be able to get more out of the members only section of the website - from seeing what rank(s) you currently hold, what rank is next, to even accessing billing information. Our kids programs should also allow you to see what technique is required for each black stripe on your belt, right from your own personal account page.

Step 1: Open your Activation Email (it will be from our website manager, EFC Aquila - be sure to check your Spam folder if you don’t see it!)

Step 2: Click the Link and Set Up Your Login Credentials (if your family has more than one student under the same email address, you will receive multiple activation emails, but only need to set up your account once! When logged in, you will be able to switch between student profiles by clicking the blue circle picture in the upper right corner and selecting the name of the student whose profile you would like to view)

Step 3: Navigate to the ’Assessment’ Area (once logged in, click the 'Assessment' button, which is both the graduation cap icon on your homepage and also located in the menu on the left side of the screen)

Step 4: Access the Members Area (you may need to scroll down a bit - you will see a line that says 'Members Only Section'. Click on it! It should be in an area called Monthly Assignments, and have a checkmark next to it)

The Members Area is a page full of PDFs that includes everything from the Path to Advancement page that lets our adult Krav Maga members know their requirements to test to higher levels, to the monthly Powerful Words homework assignment that our younger members need to complete. All available to view or download at your convenience! You can always access this area of our website by going to HarmonyMartialArts.com, opening the side menu (the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner), and clicking ‘Members Login’.

We've been working towards this update for a while behind the scenes, and we're thrilled to finally be able to share it with you all. We're still working on getting everyone's programs and ranks up-to-date, so don't worry if you click on your profile and something seems a little off - your ranks and classes taken are safe, it's just a matter of us finalizing data entry.
