Over the weekend, Harmony was happy to host our breakathon to raise money for Toys for Tots! We had so many participants from ages 5 to 70 all coming together to have fun and break wood for a good cause. (We even made it onto the local news!) Close to $2,000 was raised for Toys for Toys and we are so grateful to those that were able to attend and donate.

The martial arts are all about building ourselves up as human beings. Those that participated got to experience the boost of confidence from breaking boards and the good feeling that comes from giving to others. We had so much fun with this event and once again, thank you so much to our Harmony family and everyone that participated.
